AC Tattoo Expo is right around the corner!

Once again, it's been way too long since I've updated this website. There are a ton of new tattoo pictures, new paintings, new UP FOR GRABS designs and a new section of healed tattoos. There is still some healed pictures in the tattoo section, but I'll slowly be posting that stuff to the healed section exclusively.

It's almost November which means the Atlantic City Tattoo Expo is coming up! I'll be working there on November 2nd, 3rd, and 4th. If you are interested in booking an appointment for the convention now is the time to book! The weekend is already booking up. A $50 deposit is required for all appointments, if you have any questions please feel free to contact me.

**IN OTHER NEWS, I will soon be offering permanent makeup at Mr. Blue Sky Tattoo! Eyebrows, eyeliner and lipstick. More details coming soon!

It's that time of year again! Time for the Atlantic City Tattoo Expo! Taking appointments now for the AC Tattoo EXPO! 

Let's just call this an "early spring 2016" post...

...Instead of mentioning how I completely skipped over a winter update, or how I said in previous posts that I'd update my blog more often... Never mind all of that. The point is, I'm updating it now. Rejoice!
As per usual, I've updated the Up For Grabs and Tattoo section of this site. Also, in the Art section you'll find gobs of new flash. Technically, all of those flash designs are also "up for grabs" tattoo designs but I had to throw something in the Art section. Am I right? One of said flash sheets is my proud contribution to the Southwest Tattoo Museum's very first "Ladies of Tattooing" show. In the very near future, I'll be posting some info on how to get your hands on a copy of a gorgeous book containing the art of all of the contributing tattooers. If you aren't already following, check them out on Instagram @swtattoomuseum.

New Shop! New Art!

Good News! I am now taking appointments and walk-ins at Brooklyn Ink (462 87th St., Brooklyn, NY) every Sunday, Monday and Wednesday. To make an appointment, email me directly or stop by the shop. A deposit will still be required for all appointments ($50) which will later be deducted from the cost of your tattoo. Feel free to contact me with any questions about designs or costs.

I've updated the Art and Tattoo section of this site and don't forget that Up-For-Grabs section full of tattoo designs.


I will still be doing guest spots at Mr. Blue Sky Tattoo on occasion so keep an eye out (on social media) for those dates. Also, I will be attending the Atlantic City Tattoo Expo in November. I am mostly booked but do have one opening left! If you're interested, contact me ASAP!!

September Update

I'm doing a guest spot at Bleeding Image Tattoo (4217 35th Ave. Astoria, NY) until Saturday Sept. 19th. Your design or mine, stop on by! I've added new stuff to the Up For Grabs section of this site so contact me if you wanna grab one. Also, there's some new flash in the art section. I'm currently booked for the AC Tattoo Expo, but if you're heading to the convention look for me and say Hi!

If you follow me on Instagram, you've probably noticed my collection of butterfly paintings. I'm really enjoying drawing, painting and tattooing those right now so there will probably be more of that to come.

Summer 2015

Many of you already know, but for those who do not I will be leaving Mr. Blue Sky Tattoo this August. I am taking appointments until August 15th. Although it really sucks to be leaving, my family and I will be relocating to New York. I will truly miss seeing my friends everyday, miss their talent, their knowledge, their stupid jokes and their support. I will, however, be stopping back through for some occasional guest spots! (Check "convention schedule" for info) They can't keep me away for too long! Meanwhile, there are still openings left over the next month so contact me for an appointment.
Back in June, Mr. Blue Sky Tattoo did a benefit for Unity Lodge and the Children's Dyslexia Center. "Masonic Tattoo Day" offered up dozens of Masonic and non-masonic designs for a mere $80 each, all proceeds going to charity. With the help of a few awesome guest artists the event was a success. If you missed out it sucks for you. Here's a few pictures from that...

Spring 2015 - Things are changin'

It seemed to take forever this year (or every year), but spring is finally here! Thank you to all of my clients, my peeps, for making it a busy and fun winter season.
There have been new pictures added to both the Tattoo section and the Up for Grabs section of this website AND new art! Finally! That was long over due. You'll notice an abundance of mandala paintings in the art section. As of late, I've really enjoyed creating these while reruns of Cheers play in the background. A bit dorky, I know.

Now for the important stuff: Booking info for this summer!
Openings in June are very limited, however there are some left toward the end of the month.
As of July, I'll be adding some weekday evening hours.
(Here comes the really important part) I will not be taking appointments at Mr. Blue Sky Tattoo AFTER August 15th.  I will be coming back to Mr. Blue Sky for occasional guest spots in the future and info on that will be posted on this website as well as Facebook and Instagram. More info on my future whereabouts TBA. Stay tuned! Please contact me ASAP if you have unfinished work and you'd like to get it finished.

Do I sound like a broken record?

Yes, I do.
I've yet again updated the Up For Grabs section and the Tattoo section.
As for the artwork section...I've got some work to do on that. In the Tattoo section you'll notice I've added some "healed" pictures. I'm trying to get and post as many of those as possible. For those that follow my facebook page (www.facebook.com/tattooingbyjennk), you'll notice that I periodically run tattoo specials from $80-$100. These specials are on pre-drawn designs, usually on the smaller side. If you have any questions about those, feel free to message me. As far as custom work, it can be tough to give accurate price quotes via email. I love getting your emails and do my best to accommodate, however it is usually best to have an in-person consultation.

I've updated the Up for Grabs section at I'd love to with a handful of designs that I'd love to tattoo (and for a generous price). Some skulls, some flowers and animals. Shoot me an email if you're interested in any.


You can find me at this year's Philadelphia Tattoo Convention at the Pennsylvania Convention Center (1101 Arch Street, Philadelphia, PA) February 13th, 14th and 15th. Appointments are available. As usual, I will have loads of designs ready to go, most ranging from $75-$150.  Hope to see you there!

Fall 2014 Update

Just a few updates for today; new tattoos, convention schedule, art, and contact. In the art section, I've added some new flash that I've been working on. All designs are available for tattoo plus I've got a lot more to add to the Up For Grabs section (check back for that). An unexpected add-on to my convention schedule for this year, I'll be tattooing at the Atlantic City Tattoo Expo "Drawing the Wildcard". The convention is November 7th-9th, and I will be working Saturday and Sunday (8th-9th). I am currently booking for that convention so if you're interested in a custom piece, please email me your ideas and placement and I'll take it from there! I will also have with me a grip of tattoo designs ready to go, art prints and original art work for sale.

July Updates

Summer is here! I've been keeping busy at the shop with tattooing, drawing and painting non-stop. Draw until your hands fall off - I think that's my new motto. I enjoy what I do; so, it doesn't exactly feel like work, but I will say that it takes a lot of time and constant effort to do what I do. About 99% of the images that I paint and or tattoo is drawn out by me. If you follow me on Instagram, you've probably seen all my posts of sketches that I do late at night or in-between appointments. Those are only a tip of the iceberg.

Enough boring artist talk, I've updated ALL sections of this website including the UP FOR GRABS section.
Also, on Friday July 18th from 7pm-10pm, I'll be at Dwell's "The Gathering" art show. I'm bustin' my butt to get some new limited edition prints made before then. (1600 New Road, Northfield)

In late July, I will be scheduling appointments during the week starting at 10:30am (instead of 12:00).

Spring Time Updates!

Thank you so very much to all of my awesome clients for a great winter season here at the shop. Today I had a few minutes to update the site in almost all the sections; new tattoos and new Up For Grabs designs particularly. I am working on some travels westward (California) in the late fall so I will post more on that soon.

If you previously saw a certain design in there that is no longer, it is most likely a goner. Philadelphia Tattoo Convention

It's right around the corner, folks! January 31st, February 1st & 2nd I'll be tattooing at the Philly Tattoo Convention. I will have tons of small/medium size tattoo designs for walk-ups, starting at $80. If you are looking for something special, please contact me before January 29th with your idea. A couple of fun pieces from the
 Portland Tattoo Expo, Oct 2013

I've been back from Portland for about a month now and I must admit, I've been trying to figure out when I can go back again. I had a great time in what was a beautiful city. I worked the Portland Tattoo Expo and met some really awesome people, did some touristy stuff and ate plentiful!

When I got home, I went right to work on my rose paintings.

I contributed 5 5"x7" original rose paintings to the 65 Rose Project. The project raises money for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation/Oregon Chapter. All paintings, by artists from all over the country, are being sold for $65 each. All proceeds benefit the Foundation. IN OTHER NEWS, I've updated the TATTOO section of this site and the UP FOR GRABS section is getting SMALLER! If you see something you like, come get it. Heading West

In about a week and a half, I will be heading west for the Portland Tattoo Expo. It's a city I've never been to so I'm pretty excited to check it out. The convention will be held at the Portland Expo Center on October 11th-13th and I'll be doing walk-ups all weekend! I will have a heap of drawings with me including some of the art in my "Up For Grabs" section on this site. Interested in something special? Email me and I'll make it happen. I will also have with me a limited amount of watercolor prints, both 5"x7" and 8"x10", priced to please.

In other news, I've been asked to participate in a really great project called The 65 Rose Project. It's for a good cause, look for it on Facebook! I'll be posting more on that in the near future.

New Stuff!

I made a few updates to the site this week. Besides adding some new tattoo pictures, I have also updated my convention section. I will be heading to Seattle this week so check out that section for more details plus Seattle Tattoo Expo! Also, I will be tattooing at the 5th Annual Portland Tattoo Expo this October.
Now for the really cool add...check out the UP FOR GRABS tab above! It's a collection of sketches that I would really enjoy tattooing on you. So browse through, see if anything suits your fancy. These sketches will not stay up for long so grab 'em while you can!

After much deliberation, I have finally created a new website that is strictly my art and tattoos. For the moment, I will still maintain my blog which, admittedly, includes a bunch of jibber jabber. Here, you will only find pictures and information in regards to tattoos.
